Store Policies - How do I return or exchange merchandise purchased online?

If you're not completely satisfied with your Baby In a Bag or you like to make an exchange, please contact us at sales@babyinabag.com and we will issue a return authorization number. Our refund/exchange policy is applicable the first 30 days after your invoice date (normally the date the item is shipped)

 

Returns or Exchanges within the 30 day period.

We'll be happy to make an exchange or issue you a refund for the original price paid for the product when the item is returned to us in new, unused condition within 30 days of your shipping date. We do not refund shipping charges - outbound or return (please see shipping charges below). Refunds are issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by the original invoice and a brief note of explanation as to why you are returning the item. Returns that are in not new condition or outside the 30 day policy will not be accepted.

 

Returns:

If you are returning a product in new/unused condition, we will refund the cost of the product, minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Baby in a Bag in sending the product to you initially (the amount of postage on the actual shipping label). Returns processed on flat fee shipping orders will be processed by refunding the cost of the product minus the actual shipping costs incurred by Baby in a Bag in sending the product to you initially.

 

Exchanges:

If you are requesting an exchange of product, we will initially ship the product back to you free of charge. For any additional exchanges, we reserve the right to charge you additional shipping costs. If you exchange a product because of an error on our part or a defective product, we will refund reasonable delivery costs incurred by you in sending the product back to us.

 

Gifts:

Are you less than completely satisfied with a gift someone has sent you? Please send the gift back to us and receive a merchandise exchange or merchandise credit for the original price paid.  You are only responsible for the actual shipping costs.

 

Method of delivery for returns or exchanges:

We recommend that when returning items you obtain proof of delivery from the post office. We will not be responsible for any products lost or damaged during shipping. You are responsible for the cost of returning any products to us.

 

How do I cancel or change an order?

If you'd like to cancel or change your Baby In a Bag© order for any reason, please email as soon as possible at at sales@babyinabag.com. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping system is designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently.
